John Gilreath serves as the President of PINE Midlands and holds the Insurance seat for the group. A Lexington native raised in Lancaster, John pitched for the University of South Carolina before playing professionally in the MLB Draft League. He now works as a broker with Capital Financial Partners, helping families and business owners protect what matters most.

John stays active in the community as a youth baseball coach and mentor. Whether on the field or in the boardroom, he brings steady leadership and a team-first mindset to PINE: Grow Together. Serve Together.

Luke Wright serves as the Vice President of PINE Midlands, and holds the Personal Banking seat for the group. A Chester native, Luke has built a strong career in banking, where he helps clients navigate major financial decisions with clarity and integrity. His experience in the banking industry makes him a trusted resource for both consumers and local professionals.

Luke and his wife, Faith, live in Chester with their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and staying involved in the Midlands community.

Gabe Glover serves as the Treasurer of PINE Midlands, and holds the Financial Advising seat for the group. A Lancaster native, Gabe earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting before building a career in finance as a trust officer and now a financial advisor with Edward Jones. He focuses on understanding each client’s goals and creating clear, long-term financial strategies.

Gabe and his wife, Kaylen, live in the Midlands with their two daughters, Heidi and Andi. Outside of work, he enjoys football, basketball, and playing church league sports through Riverland Hills Baptist.

Craig Green represents the real estate seat for PINE Midlands. Originally from Dover, Delaware, Craig brings a strong work ethic and a people-first approach to the real estate industry. He guides families and buyers through the market with transparency, patience, and a deep understanding of the Midlands housing landscape.

Craig and his wife live in the Midlands with their four children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys working out, writing, traveling, fishing, and serving as a ministry leader at his local church. Craig is also a published author and continues his service in the U.S. military.

Nathan Sturgis holds the Event Photography seat for PINE Midlands, bringing a clean, intentional style to every project he takes on. Born and raised in Maine, he developed a strong work ethic early on, later playing four years of collegiate baseball at Central Connecticut State University and earning his B.A. in Public Relations and Marketing.

Nathan has served in the United States Army for 12 years, carrying discipline, reliability, and purpose into both his service and his creative work. He specializes in corporate events, branding sessions, lifestyle shoots, and athletics/sports photography.

He and his wife, Taylor, live in Gilbert with their son, Oliver.
